I've worked with Prepworld for almost 10 years now and it has been an amazing journey. This is a company which doesn't sit still and is always looking forward and ways to improve and grow. This is encouraged and celebrated. Looking forward to the next ten years!

I have worked Trust they are so sssooo rude to their employees. I don’t know her name she was the manager of Line 2 from fruit prepration. Romanian woman she was tooo rude even though that was my frist day being kind she said me don’t come from next just for skipping one fruit from the pot . She shouted at me she made fun of me . She is so rude prepworld needs to be polite with their employees. Disgusting 🤮

I worked in preworld there are a lot things
Which declare preworld very bad
1 they do discrimination
2.Some time they send people back to home before the finishing time
3When asked they said now it’s out of budget for us
4Manager are very rude.they disappoint people that we will put allegation on you if u ask I don’t want to reveal his name
They put pressure to do fast even if anyone have first day
Please don’t join preworld 🙏🙏

Access throughout is well sign posted all though is trough narrow paths (for a lorry 😅), so you can't get lost on your way there! 🤗

I give a poor evaluation because I have been prejudiced and criticized for things that never happened, because there is no communication and collaboration in a group, I have always been available in the workplace, I have never excluded anyone, until one day, a new leader arrived, where 3 consecutive days I tried to communicate with him, asking him to give me water to disinfect the tables, for people's health (allergies) and he replied to continue like this, then I refused and did not accept , the second event that happened was when he decided to take my right to brake time, calculating 30 minutes including being in the department to work, stealing minutes unnecessarily, which I understood was not correct, then we went to the manager to clarify, and the manager agreed with me, then I changed department, consequently one day, I asked the leader for a pair of dry gloves for protection, he refused to give them to me, turning surreal things against me.

Говно полное. Rought security and hr personal. Security coughing and not wearing the mask (Romanian skini one). In pandemic time its not acceptable. He thinks if he 8s security he can do whatever he wont.

I am going to work there so in my mind at the moment a good company very pleasant staff

It was really a nice place for processing fruits. But the only disappointing thing is that it wastes most of the food during processing.
