Can’t stop talking about how wonderful my mom birthday turned out had the best night ever I would highly recommend having parties and to bring friends over to your pub. First time coming here and I have to say it won’t be my last the owners are fantastic, kind as and lovely, well respected and they made sure we all had the best night. They set up the room for us and can’t even explain how wonderful the room was wen we came it was so beautiful Thankyou all so much u take so much pride of your pub I deffo recommend to everyone. See you soon for the next party 🎉

I recently had my wedding reception at Gills Bar and Banqueting and I honestly cannot thank the whole team enough for everything they did.

The decor was absolutely stunning, the food was delicious and the service they deliver on a whole is outstanding. You can really tell that they take pride in what they do!

Nothing is ever too much for them, they do everything to make your day special and I am happy to say that mine was perfect.

A massive thank you to the whole team for the time, effort and thought you had put into my day. It means the world to me and my partner that we were able to enjoy our day knowing everything was managed so professionally. I will definitely recommend this venue to friends and family.

Attending a birthday party here and it was lovely. Great space and friendly staff.

The family around you and the people you invite make your celebration mediocre or epic, it helps to have great surrounding, a tentative host and amazing food. A little unassuming nugget tucked away in an armpit of location.
Check them out.
As for our recent shindig, suffice to say I can't remember the last part of the night.
Verdict. Megga EPIC.

Really good venue, mixed grill is decent and portion size good. The pints are fresh and on point. Plenty of parking available. An enjoyable visit to say the least which was bit of a surprise as wasnt expecting much.
