I found Jackie and Emma to be so caring and professional in our time of profound sadness. Every need was met with such care and attention, as a family we couldn’t have asked for more. Simon was an absolute star on the day of the funeral as he was the night dad passed away. He gave dad and us such respect. We had dad come home the night before his funeral… I thought he would come back in the van but he came in the hearse with four undertakers… I saw them arrive outside my kitchen window and I was so shocked he arrived in the hearse! Don’t know what I was expecting but that was so beautiful to see and incredibly respectful. We as a family got everything we hoped for. We walked dad out of the road and then out from the church. Everything we asked for was honoured.
