Very professional and caring from my first
phone call to them, prior and after my mums funeral. Special mention for Nicki in the Cheriton office, made the whole process easier for my family, explaining all documentation and keeping in touch on an almost daily basis !. The other key person was Hannah, who was in charge the day of the funeral, advising us exactly what the programme would be, and it all panned out as expected.
