We cannot thank Sam, Lorraine and the rest of the team enough for assisting us with the funeral arrangements for our late uncle. Sam was so kind, patient and supportive and kept us informed through each stage of a very difficult and sad time. Sam was exceptional and guided us and kept us fully informed every step of the way. Everything was taken care of and on the day the service was beautifully conducted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sam and the team at TW Boorman were absolutely amazing and if I could give more that 5 stars I would. From the very first phone call, Sam was kind, compassionate and supportive. Emotions are obviously very high and scattered at this time, but Sam was always calm and accommodating and kept everything on track. She helped us make the service for my Dad unique arranging a VW Combi van hearse which he would have loved. Dave the Funeral Director even wore a blue tie on the day as my Dad loved Chelsea - it was a lovely touch. All the timings were perfect and everything went smoothly and it truly was heartwarming day. I can’t thank Samantha and the team at T W Boorman enough for helping guide my family through a really difficult time arranging and preparing my Mother’s funeral. From start to finish she was so kind, always available and helpful which allowed us to give Carol the best send off we could have hoped for.
