The staff have been so considerate and compassionate over the last few weeks dealing with our loss, we have been so overwhelmed and impressed. While we appreciate that this is the nature of their job and industry Matthew and his team treated us with such kindness and respect during our father’s funeral, we were so thankful. During this terrible period of uncertainty with the global pandemic funerals have been so stripped back and we didn’t get to give Dad the send of he deserved, this though did not stop High and Sons going above and beyond to make sure that the arrangements and service were all they could be.

My family have used this funeral company since 1989 when my grandad died and then when my nan passed and my Dad and other family members.and recently my sister last month. my family wont use any one else as we trust this company and don't worry. Carl and his team helps so much to make you feel comfortable asking any questions and is very understanding and helpful.

The service we received from High's was excellent. Everybody was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, and the funeral was just as we wanted.

This funeral for my father was mostly funded by a pre paid plan. Rebecca dealt with arrangements sensitively and promptly. On the day Carl and his team took care of all arrangements very politely and professionally

Within three months both my Mum and Dad sadly passed away. For both funerals we used R High & Sons. My Brother and I went to our first meeting to start the planning for Mum. We were treated with the greatest of respect and the unknown procedures for planning a funeral were explained, we felt so supported through the whole process. Check phone calls were always answered with warmth and understanding and emails were replied to promptly. The processes involved in Order of Service, Funeral Notices, Music, Flowers and Donations were all so efficient. Mum's funeral was perfect and Dad was able to contribute by being recorded and then played on the day.
Dad's funeral was equally as lovely, his requests to have a military service was accomplished. We are most grateful for the support we received, which made a very tragic time easier to bear.
