Chelsea Funeral Directors

I really needed to share this,
My mother passed away on the 7th of May 2020 due to covid and having never experienced a death knew nothing about planning a funeral. After ringing various places and having no luck I found Chelsea Funeral directors and I am so glad I did. With my head all over the place they helped me all the way. I recieved a phone call back and was helped by a gentleman called Jonathan. Straight away just by that name I knew this was the place to chose. My partner being called johanatn felt like it fell in place. They were amazing Kayleigh was very helpful along with Ellie and never rushed me to make any chose for example they helped me with the taxi and my head was not in a place of mind to pay and they never rushed me to pay the taxi straight away. I didn't have to wait long like other funeral places had said. They arrived on beautiful white horses which in there description said grey but looked white to me and were very beautiful. My mum looked like a princess.
They never felt like my question were silly question and never felt like I was annoying them as I would phone to ask the same question like 100 as I would forget I had already asked but that never bothered them.
I'm so glad I chose them and would definitely recommend them 10000 percent. Thank you turly from the bottom of my heart ♥
