My late father had to be repatriated after passing away in Turkey and from start to finish, Dawn, Sally, Jim and all the staff have been absolutely fantastic, I really don't know where I'd have been with our their professional advice, care and support ☺

They knew exactly what to do in our rather unusual situation and helped prepare my father's funeral as swiftly as they could (my father was stuck for awhile abroad and as such fell to the unforgiving mercy of nature's natural process)

Dawn and her team also arranged the celebrant who was amazing and wrote a wonderful eulogy on my father. They also liaised with an amazing florist, who prepared the most beautiful spread of flowers I have seen (see photos)

Very sadly my daughter Emily was born very premature and passed away. Sally and her team were very supportive and experienced. They ensured everything for Emily’s funeral was what we wanted and ran smoothly. This is as even with a tight deadline. I could not recommend a better service. My husband and I thank them for all the help they gave.

Excellent service. Sally was efficient and caring making the organisation of the funeral very smooth. I also appreciated Mark phoning the night before to explain what would happen the following day and to make sure I was happy with the arrangements.

I immediately felt at ease as soon as I walked into the shop. The member of staff remembered when we set up the package and knew the who the deceased was as he was wll known in the local community. FWPaines sorted everything out from the coffin, cremation, service, flowers. they alao liaised with the church minister and the Crem and whole process went smoothly with no hassles at all. just what we needed.
