I cannot fault the staff and service received from Leverton following my husband's death. They looked after him with respect and dignity, helped us through every step of the arrangements and continued support following the funeral. The staff went over and above on the day of the funeral when the adverse weather conditions caused a few problems. Highly recommend Leverton to anyone to help them in their darkest times.

My nan had a pre paid funeral plan with Dignity and Levertons was her directors of choice. My Nan picked a good one. She sadly passed away in February and Levertons handled the passing with the upmost respect. The whole process was smooth and I was reassured and looked after along the way. My Nan had most things prepared bless her, all I had to do was sort out the small details. Debbie looked after me and guided me with how it all worked and what to expect. What I needed to do, and how she could help. and I can’t recommend her enough. She went through every detail with me, I instantly felt like I’d known Debbie for years and she really listened to me. Debbie Made good recommendations, was honest, and reassuring. No pressure. Was always at the end of the phone if I wanted to know or ask something. Nothing was missed. No details left out. Nothing forgotten.
When it came to the funeral day, I couldn’t have been more pleased with how it went. And how smoothly it went. My Nan had a beautiful and respectful service and Levertons helped me with this. Even after the service, Debbie rang me to check in a couple of days later. Amazing after care.
I’m only 32 but I’m considering making my own funeral plan with them, knowing they’ll look after my family if anything ever happened to me.

Levertons Dartford a very professional and personalised service throughout. Our family felt extremely well looked after from the initial contact with Debbie our undertaker who was very sensitive and attentive towards my elderly father on the day of our Mums funeral.

Debbie guided us through the whole funeral process and was caring, supportive, emphatic and compassionate. The personal touch received was exemplary and Debbie went over and above to make sure we were okay.
