Liz and John showed utmost respect and kindness throughout our dealing with them and many family members commented on the how appropriate and lovely the service was. Ben was excellent as celebrant and understood the family's wishes completely. Would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Doves.

From the moment I spoke to liz on the phone I knew our lovely mum would be looked after and cared for.
Liz was kind, caring and sympathetic. Accommodating our large family whenever we needed to make arrangements or discuss anything, and in the last few days to visit our mum.
The funeral day was a celebration of our mums life and we couldn’t have asked for more from Doves. It was a perfect send off.

Wonderful support received by the lovely Liz at Orpington who is kind, caring and so professional. The service which was suggested and arranged was perfect for my Dad. The respect and dignity all of the staff showed was commendable. It made what was a sad and emotional time very bearable and worry free, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

After having Doves handle our family funerals for many years they were our go to place as they always did a good job. Usually we didn’t bother collecting other quotes as we were too grief stricken. This time we got a price of nearly £12000 from Doves. My bro n law checked with another company (Stephen P Gay) in Dartford as he thought that sounded a bit high. Stephen P Gay gave us a quote of just over £6000 for exactly the same funeral.
It was then that we moved our custom over to to Stephen P Gay. We had no idea just how much we were being over charged for all the years we used Doves. I recommend you give Stephen P gay a try.

I would just like to thank Clair and all her team for leading us through the whole process in such an efficient and respectful manner in what was such an emotional time for our family. The attention to detail and level of service was excellent.
