I recently used phillips for my sisters funeral, and I received excellent care and attention, nothing was too much trouble, everything went smoothly right from the start Tamsin in the local office was very nice and efficient, all my wishes were carried out.and on the day the funeral director/drivers and pall bearers were punctual and caring. I would recommend them

I have to say that luckily I have never had to use this sort of service before, however, I was absolutely in awe of everyone involved.

Our local branch was shut for the week so we went to Harpenden. Nick was very helpful, emphatic and professional.

When we got to our local branch a few days later Tasmin was also of the same superior service.

On the day David made us feel like we were the only ones going through this and gave us his full attention and guided us in what we had to do. The driver even rushed along the path with umbrellas and made sure we were safely in the car.

I really can't thank everyone enough they made our experience a bit more bearable.
