The gentle positive and extremely professional approach of your staff helped us to manage our mother's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble-even collecting our huge homemade wreath that had to be put on top of the hearst! Dignity, elegant humour and patience was all noted-excellent

Although planning a loved one's funeral will always be a difficult time for relatives, I would highly recommend Chappell's who gave us most respectful support.

Janet was wonderful and guided us so well in organising our first funeral. The Funeral Director on the day of the service was equally wonderful. An excellent team and excellent service.

As well was problem with funeral plan , full price paid but they forgot to install cross , again was chasing. And now headache with memorial
