Alison Parr our funeral celebrant was an absolute gem. Her listening and patience at our family meeting whilst putting the service together was outstanding. The day of my Dad's funeral the service that she had put together came across brilliantly.Also our funeral conductor Bill was so respectful and helpful on the day .Doves have an excellent team of people. We really cannot stress enough how caring and supportive all the staff at Doves are. They looked after our son Jamie like he was there own child. All the respect and love they show to all of the clients is such an amazing thing to witness that I honestly believe they are angels on earth, they helped us with the most difficult thing we ever had to do, arrange our sons funeral. We can't thank them enough for everything they done, not only did they look after our son, but they also looked after us too. Thank you Lorraine, Bill, Clare & Rachel for everything, you will always be special in our hearts xx

I have no hesitation in recommending Doves Funeral Directors in Swanley, from the moment I contacted them they were professional and very courteous, from taking my mum into there care to the funeral. Karen in the office was a great support, walked me through everything and always had time for me and my questions. Matthew the funeral director was very professional and made sure everything went smoothly on the day and both Karen and Matthew added some really nice touches to there service which meant allot. I also used the services of Ruth the celebrant, she helped me make my mums service really special and she gave me the strength to speak, knowing she would help if I struggled, she also added some nice touches to the day. From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed and at ease Karen and all the staff were amazing so caring and helpful, they gave our mum a beautiful day everything was perfect she would have been proud. Would recommend them 100% thank you so much

From the first meeting with Karen at the Swanley branch, I knew that my husband's funeral would be dealt with superbly. Karen helped my family through this sad time with kindness, compassion and friendliness. Her team ensured Mick would have the best service possible. It was flawless from start to finish. Karen at Doves Funeral Care, Nick, the funeral director who conducted the funeral and Steve Browning (independent Celebrant) who lead the service and all the team at Doves made a sad day one of dignity and compassionate at my father’s funeral recently. Thank you all.

Karen and Karen were both very helpful and understanding. On the day of the funeral Nick provided an outstanding professional service to us.

From the phone call to Doves Swanley talking to Karen , and meeting with her was so perfect, we couldnt of asked for anything more for our daughter who died suddenly.
Doves repatriated our Daughter from Doncaster to Doves at Swanley.We had to do nothing Karen dealt with it all.
Karen went on weeks break. Lorraine with Racheal took over. When we went to see Lisa they where kind compasionate beyond belief.
The funeral service took place at our local church which was also perfect lead by Reverened Sarah Corry.
The funeral director visited us the day before to make sure there was no hipcups.
We can honestly say it was perfection on the day.
They where kind compasionate in every way possible .
When arriving back home there was a red rose on the door step. it bought tears to my eyes so thoughtful.
