I would like to thank all the staff at St John's branch. They helped us through a very sad time at the loss of our daughter Kerry only a few months ago.
Also, they have helped us through another great loss of our dear mum, who passed away and in June.

A V Band, St. John’s, made all the arrangements for our beloved Mum’s funeral and provided an excellent service. Darren, our funeral director was amazing from start to finish. His expertise, guidance and support was impeccable, and made a difficult time much easier for all the family. He made us feel we were his first priority and was always available to answer questions or give advice. He tailored the funeral to our personal wishes in a professional and friendly manner. We cannot fail to mention how smart and dignified the staff looked, especially wearing the tartan ties, an option offered due to the Scottish connection. Well deserved five stars.

I abd my family would like to thank all the staff at A V Bands St John's Worcester. My Mums service was all that I hoped for. A special thank you to Rebecca who was first class, she was calm , reassuring and professional at all times. Most of all Rebecca did exactly what she promised she would and always was only a phone call away. Thank You
