There is a serene atmosphere which is very calming. Lucy was kind, sympathetic and professional, and the pallbearers were dignified and thoughtful. All the financial side was efficient and prompt.

Lucy had a wonderful way of providing a professional, efficient and seamless service and never failed to be patient, understanding and empathetic to our needs as a family.
What with Covid-19 and government restrictions during lockdown, a difficult day was made even more difficult however we are so thankful to Lucy who went above and beyond in ensuring we got a chance to say our goodbyes despite things not being as the usually would.

Lucy was so helpful in arranging my late fathers funeral. The moment we saw her smiling face we felt reassured that she would help get us through this difficult time. She was so kind, as well as totally professional, we knew that all our wishes would be carried out. David, who carried out the service came to see us and was really interested in the life of my father and also very respectful. He also was very supportive at a difficult time and ensured that the service was honest and reflective just as we wanted it.
