A wonderful company. They arranged my uncle’s funeral and were so helpful and comforting to my aunt. The day of the funeral went so smoothly and everyone was so kind. The drivers were especially helpful. Thank you for making a hard day that little bit easier.

I have never felt more at ease during such a sad and stressful time I knew my dad was in safe hands where he would be looked after and cared for which is exactly what they did. They helped me along the way with having no knowledge on where to even begin to plan a funeral and it wasn’t as hard or confusing as I first thought. Communication is brilliant and they ensured the best send of I could ever imagine was giving to my dad. Thank you ever so much every single part was professional and I couldn’t fault or wish for anything more. The people here all ended up feeling like I had known them for a long time , more like family. A sad time made stress free by these amazing funeral directors.

I could not fault a single thing from start to finish (and beyond).
We chose Hergest and Cavell for the Dartford location. My sister doesn't drive and lives close by so she could pop in when she wanted (this was of great comfort to her).
Rachel made all the arrangements so easy for us to make decisions on. Even a last minute change to order of service was done with great care and understanding!
We chose Ruth Voce as our celebrant and couldn't recommend her highly enough either! She really understood us as a family.
Dads service was flawless and although a sad day we smiled a lot! Even a heavy snowfall didn't affect anything.

Myself, husband and family would love to say a massive thank you for a very professional service after the death of our loved one, from when we first entered the building we felt welcomed and at ease even given a nice cup of tea, they explained as they went through and let us choose what we wanted and told us the prices, they arranged the celebrate, we were allowed to see our loved one whenever we wanted, the service was so Beautiful and the slide show was well presented, they made everyone welcome and u couldn’t fault them at all on a very sad day

Well what can I say. Words can not explain how lovely they are Paula and Joanne. They looked after my Mum in a fantastic way, with respect and dignity. Can call them at anytime day or night. Could not do enough to help us all.

As an experienced funeral professional myself, many people were curious as to who I would trust to care for my mum.
In truth, there was only ever one thought in my head, and Pete and Paula didn’t disappoint. Perfect, personal, care from start to finish, and the comfort taken by my elderly father when he saw mum being perfectly cared for in such beautiful surroundings was palpable.
Absolutely faultless, and highly recommended.
