Hattersley’s organised my Mum’s funeral a few days ago. Their service was exemplary from the very first phone call and nothing was too much trouble.There was the added complication that my Mum had passed away over a hundred miles from where we wanted the Cremation to be held. Simon organised everything proficiently and with great sensitivity and kindness. Sarah and Lara were sympathetic and efficient every time I had a question on the phone. On the day everything went smoothly, the attendants were extremely smart in appearance, respectful and well organised and the limousines were immaculate. In short, excellent service, kind people.

The team and everyone involved in the Service for my Nan each went above and beyond to make the service the best they could have possibly done.

Lara and the team truly are professionals and they dealt with every request, thought and question in a truly compassionate and appropriate manner.

I can’t thank them enough and I know that my Nan would be proud of the service we all did for her, which wouldn’t have been possible without Lara and the team.

Thank you so much for all your time, care and dedication over the last couple of weeks, in the run up to my dad's funeral. He had specifically asked for Hattersley's; having known how amazing you were when mum passed away 27 years ago.
