Following a family bereavement it was comforting to visit the Longhurst office in Banstead where I was supported by the professional team. They were very welcoming and nothing was too much bother. The whole process was explained and they gave good advice on the order of service and where to hold the wake. The funeral went off beautifully. Thank you very much for all your support.

From the first phone call to Ray at the Banstead branch to the cremation a few weeks later, every member of Longhurst's staff acted with kindness, patience, understanding and total professionalism.
