I just wanted to say how lovely Deirdre Coward at the Lower Clapton Road branch was to us. When losing my Mum left my Dad, Sister & me having to deal with the worst possible thing, her funeral. Deirdre was kind, compassionate & very helpful. She gave good honest advice, she really is very good at what she does. She made the whole horrible, traumatic experience, bearable. The team on the actual day were excellent too we have no complaints only praise. Thank you x
