Aftercare Funeral Services and Directors

Living in Swindon and having lost an aunt who lived in the Tywyn area I didn’t know where to start. When I googled a funeral director in the area ‘Aftercare’ stood out so I called them up and spoke to Ben the funeral director who arranged everything. Not once did I speak to anyone other than Ben which was very nice. My aunt was a simple kind of lady and wanted a simple send off but even that was made to feel special. Thank you Ben... From the initial visit to my father when mum (Sue) had passed away in her sleep. Her presentation at your chapel of rest, and finally the burial at Eternal forest trust, Pwllheli.

I can’t praise Ben enough for the wonderful service they provided for the funeral. Great attention to detail, sensitivity & professionalism. They were very obliging with our request for extra covid safety measures for the vulnerable members of the funeral attendees. They also liaised wonderfully with pastor Anthony Howe who led a lovely funeral service at Aberystwyth crematorium. I can highly recommend them and it was reassuring to know all the finer details were catered for by such a team of professionals. They helped make an emotional day a truly special one and really did our loved one proud.

Thank you Ben for all you have done for us as a family during our difficult time, you kept intouch from start to finish and nothing was to much for you. Thank you for taking the time to talk to our children, answering their questions and putting their minds at ease. it was important to us that mums funeral was a celebration of her life, and remember the good times like she wanted. your attention to detail is second to none, you listen and you advise, you think of the little things that others wouldn't think of, you have a warm presence around you and you go the extra mile.Thank you for everything you've done.

We can not thank Ben enough for the care he gave us all after the death of Noel .Ben's attention to detail was second to none. He was sensitive to our grief but also guided us throughout this difficult time. Ben has a can do approach & wanted to get it right for us as a family. He was incredibly supportive to our 2 sons & helped them to be part of the ceremony for their taid. Ben is also a perfectionist & very well organised which made the day of the funeral seemless& personal. Thank you Ben from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did and continue to support us. I can not thank Ben from Aftercare services enough for all the care, kindness, respect and attention to detail he gave to us as a family after my fathers passing. Nothing was to much trouble. Always smart, polite and professional. He was great comfort to me knowing everything was in very safe hands.
