We arrived early for a funeral. Staff were laughing and joking beside the empty hearse as the funeral was going ahead. Very unprofessional and upsetting. Fortunately not the funeral we were attending

Lee and the team at Dewi Reynolds were totally professional and extremely accommodating, with the arrangements for my late uncle's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, they took away our worries and made a very sad occasion the best it could possibly be.

It was easy to get in touch with them by phone or email , everything was explained clearly and I was happy with the funeral plan. Dewi Reynolds carried out the funeral with care and sensitivity and I would recommend them to a friend or relative.

Excellent service from Lee, Diane , Jo, Dai and the rest of staff at such a difficult time. They gave my Nan total respect and the dignity that she deserved. I saw and spoke to Lee multiple times to visit chapel of rest and plan funeral, putting me and my family at ease, felt like nothing was too much trouble, very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

All the staff at Dewi Reynolds&sons were magnificent, Lee in particular was very helpful and kept in regular contact with myself before and after the funeral. Very professional in his job . David had done a fantastic job ,also Jo and Diane were very helpful too.
1st class service of which my family and I are so greatful for their professionalism.
