My step dad sadly passed away recently, having used this funeral directors last year when I lost my own dad, I wanted Amy to deal with my mum. What an absolutely wonderful person she is. She showed our family so much empathy and understanding. My mum felt so comforted and supported by her. Gavin led the funeral with such respect and supported and reassured us throughout. We as a family, but particularly my mum and i, want to say a huge thankyou to you all.
