From the first minute of enquiry through the service and after items, Richard and his team were fantastic. He took all concerns and control of the process as well as giving guidance. Calm reassurance and information, the service was as personal as we wished for.

Impossible to get hold of as their phones are constantly diverted to the Co-op. Flowers left are removed from our loved ones graves sometimes within 24 hours of them being placed. I have tried for months to make contact about this but its impossible.
