L Champ is one of the few independent funeral services left in the area.
This matters as the service you get is caring, unique and bespoke at a time when you really need it.

Lianna and her team will do as much or as little as you need allowing you to add your own personal touches to the proceedings as you wish.

With so little information and time available to choose the best funeral service I would recommend L Champ to care for your loved one during their final journey.

To say that I recommend Champ Funeral Service really isn’t enough. A perfectly simple and beautiful service was orchestrated by Carl for my Brother. The attention to detail and personal touches were of incredible comfort at such a difficult time. The incredibly caring and compassionate service provided means the Champ team become a positive light on an often dark and difficult path.

This is the 3rd family bereavement that Lianna Champ and her team has helped us with over the last 25 years and the excellent service they provide just keeps getting better.

What Lianna has built here is incredibly special. I can, and will, wholeheartedly recommend Champ to anyone who is in need of a beautiful funeral service.

Lianna, Carl and the rest of the Team; I can only say a truly genuine and heartfelt thank you 💜 - Carena xx

I can only sing Champs praises. Being an only child and losing my mum at 28 was the worst thing to ever happen. Lianna and Carl made me feel a part of their family by looking after myself, and my mum. The funeral exceeded all expectations and would 200% recommend Lianna being a speaker. I would recommend Champs to anyone without a doubt.

The staff are compassionate and sensitive, yet very professional. I simply cannot recommend them enough! They make such a difficult time, much more bearable and nothing is too much trouble. They offer so much attention to detail and are really efficient and friendly. Unfortunately we have had two funerals in a short space of time and they have been amazing and really supportive for both!

Champs pride themselves on their compassion and state that they deal sensitively with family disputes etc.. they sealed my mums coffin at the request of their fee paying client who wanted to deny my aunties wishes to say their final goodbyes to their sister. Their client (my sister) effectively “owned” my mums body. Disgusting, money above all else!!!! Avoid like the plague. Tighter regulations are needed to prevent such heartache at a time of deep grief. If I could give this company zero stars I would! Money money money definitely comes first for this business!

From the moment we first found Lianna and her team she put our minds and worries at ease. Though it was an immeasurable comfort that my dad had a working relationship with her and was able to make his wishes clear I have no doubt they would have been just as accomplished and professional without them. The pallbearers had no experience of something of such import to each of them and the team guided each of us through it with discreet confidence. A treasured goodbye for which the Cunningham family and dad's friends our hugely grateful to Champ's Funeral Services.

It’s been 8 years since our son Ben died - not a day goes by that we don’t miss him, but also not a day goes by that we aren’t so grateful that we found Champs and Lianna !
Nothing is too much trouble …….. our sad funeral for the death of our son, became a day of celebration for a short life well lived …….. a joyous day, impeccably orchestrated and managed better than our wildest dreams by the lovely Liana and her empathetic team.
Ask …….. nothing is too much trouble ! xxx

If you want a Funeral Service that really cares when your loved one has died, then Champs is that service. During my family's recent bereavement they showed true compassion. All of the staff were caring and professional. Carl was wonderful as the Funeral Celebrant. Nothing was too much trouble.
