Appalling service from not sending relevant paperwork to crematorium, (reassuring me they had) to not keeping me updated as to progress with arrangements, (reassuring me they would) then providing incorrect information with regards to collection of 'ashes' - despite me querying it and them reassuring me everything was in hand. The icing on the cake was when they claimed to 'understand' and that there had been a 'slight' mis communication. They were quick to keep in contact to get payment. Shocking service and a disgrace to the co-op brand.

Erin managed the funeral of my father-in-law earlier this year and was excellent. She handled everything with care, compassion and professionalism, and is a credit to the company
