Central Co-op Funeral - Gloucester

We contacted coop funeral care on Barton Street, Gloucester to arrange my mums funeral. From the first phone call where I spoke to Jordan, to them visiting to make all the arrangements ( also Jordan ) right through chapel of rest, funeral flowers, cars literally everything that is involved they handled with just complete professionalism. It just took so much stress of us in difficult times that everything was being handled and the funeral itself went exactly as we wished we can’t thank them enough.
Special mention has to go to Jordan who we stayed in contact with almost daily and nothing was to much trouble no matter what changes we wanted to make a total professional and credit to the funeral care profession.

After the sudden death of my mother, I had a number of recommendations for this branch of Co-operative funeral care, I'm only 34 so it was all a bit daunting trying to not only sort out my mums funeral but also give her the best send off as possible.

I spoke to Lynn on the phone then the next morning met to go through everything, she was exceptional and went above and beyond. After we made our arrangements any questions or queries I had she was there numerous times on the end of the phone, I would have been lost without her.

My Nan (mum's mum) said after the funeral, "your mother didn't have alot in this life but she had a first class send off to the next, you've done the family proud." I felt it couldn't of gone any better, Thanks Lynn and the whole Co-operative team.

I'll always look back and be proud of the day we said goodbye to mum.
