Dead boring but good service

Most awful company you could ever have dealings with., no compassion, uncaring, inconsiderate and unreliable, had no confidence the funeral would go smoothly. Changed to another company, not what you want to have to do at such a distressing time. If I could give minus stars I would..

Bryan and his team gave stellar service: compassionate, professional, comprehensive! We were all so shocked and saddened by my father's sudden death, and I felt totally taken care of, and that our family's wishes were respected throughout. Thank you!

We found the service to be excellent. Used them in 2016 and totally pleased with all aspects of the service they gave. Their advice was invaluable and they were very supportive in a time of need.
Even though we’ve now moved out of Canterbury we will definitely be using their services in the future.
