After we had an awful experience with the William Harvey Hospital messing up paperwork regarding the release of my grandmother's body, Chittendens totally saved the day - Vanessa personally drove to everyone necessary to ensure that my grandmother was with us on the day and they were just so kind. Really treated us with empathy - I couldn't recommend them more.
