Jo is so great! Couldn't ask for a better person in such sad circumstances and excellent service. Our family have been here a few times now.

At this particularly sad time for us, we were fortunate enough to meet Jo at Balham funeralcare, who with kindness and sensitivity looked after us through every step of the process from start to finish. Sadly my experience does not match those already here.

I called in at their office the day after my mother died. The door was locked, something I'd not expected. A lady hurried to the door to tell me they were busy and wouldn't be able to see me until the following Tuesday.

Whilst I accept that a place may be busy. I did not expect to find a locked door nor a person who appeared so keen to get rid of me to that she barred me from even stepping inside.

I was left very upset.

Jo horton, helped with advising myself on how to do things in a controlled way at the my most vulnerable time also having to deal with the sudden passing of my mother.
I was informed and kept updated on all events .
Jo has gone the extra mile when you just need the most important helping hands in these terrible times .
