They should not be in the funeral business whatsoever. The care we received was disgusting for my loved one .I wouldn't even put a rat in there care .absolutely horrendous of what they did or should I say what they didn't do . Please go somewhere else

I received a call back from Debbie at the Whitton branch , just as I was about to call another company, as feeling so deflated and sad that for a few days my call centre messages seemed to get lost......well I'm so glad I took that call... Debbie arranged to see me that afternoon and as soon as I walked into her office I felt at ease, she was amazing and kind, even managed to recommend a celebrant (Paul Van Essen) whom was absolutely incredible and we all know our mum would have approved! What I'm really trying to say is I would most definitely recommend the Whitton branch, Debbie and all the staff that she put us touch with after my initial meeting as we only want to give our loved ones the best goodbye possible.
