Fantastic and professional service from start to finish with the funeral of my mum today. All staff friendly and so so kind to my dad of 82 and married 62years made this hard and sad time as comforting as was possible. Strongly recommend by us. Quality of service, staff, hurst and car quality and friendliness could not be faulted in any way. Five star

My dog sadly passed away after a trampolining accident (screw that employee at air hop) earlier this year. The people at this establishment were very understanding about this whole ordeal. RIP floofer, your bouncy dog balls will be missed.

We originally sat down and run through the arrangements at a very difficult time for us all having lost our Mum rather suddenly, however when it came to contacting them we rang and rang and nobody came back to us which was over 2 weeks ago. The phone kept going through to a Manchester call centre who were apologetic, but not something that you should have to do. I wouldn't go back to any Co-Op funeral care provider especially not in Sunbury. Have since gone to another provider.

When my husband passed away in July the sunbury on Thames funeral care were amazing I can't thank them enough the day was very painful for me and my family and the staff were so caring and the support was amazing thank you so much to Steph and her team for looking after my late husband and myself through a very stressful time .
