Today we had a meeting with manager Heather and a trainee Lauren. My wife and I were slightly nervous about the decisions we were going to make. But we did not have to worry, any questions we had about the Funeral Plans, Heather with all her experience, soon put us right. So it was with great happiness we were very happy to sign up, and gave us a lot of satisfaction that we had done the right thing.
