Rouse & Co Independent Funeral Directors are amazing. They looked after my Gran & I felt very reassured that she was being looked after with considerable care. Mark was personal, sensitive, patient, obliging, always available and very considerate of our needs, request & wishes. They also charge a lot less than other funeral directors but still offer the same services and also went over & beyond. I highly recommend them. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Mark and his team dealt with my dads funeral. His communication with us has been great. Really responsive and he matched his style to our requirements.

From the start we knew what the cost would be, which in these tough times is a massive stress relief. He was able to get us a prompt date at Beckenham where we could use the webcast facilities. This meant we could share with others who couldn’t attend.

He recommended Grace, the celebrant, who provided the best service we could manage.

Rouse funeral directors were brilliant . Mark was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We changed the route to the crematorium to include a short stop off at my dad's work place and he was more than happy to do that without any hesitation. Without doubt the best funeral director I have ever used and there have been quite a few over the years.

Mark was both respectful and compassionate whenever we spoke to him. He was available literally 24/7 and nothing was too much trouble. The service was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have wished for anything better.
