Co-op Funeralcare, Kingsbury

Father passed away recently. Mother asked me to try and arrange through this co-op, rang head office and spoke to a disinterested member of staff took my number and said they would call back, heard nothing. Rang again the next day same thing. Still to this day haven’t heard back. So ask yourself, when you are grieving and having to arrange something you wish you weren’t. How would you feel if this company treated you like this?
Save your time and money and go through a small independent funeral directors, this is a big company that look at figures and shareholders rather than the people they should be helping and guiding through this process.
