Oxley's Funeral Services Crewe

A massive thank you to those at Oxley's. A deeply and touching funeral done with style and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble for them, absolutely amazing staff.

Yesterday 9/6/2020 we cremated our mum,
I have to say from start to finish the level of service was beautiful.
Oxleys did everything they could to make the day special for mum, considering some restrictions.
I would highly recommend this company they are brilliant.
I can't express enough how kind they are.

I could never possibly put into words how grateful I am to all of the wonderful staff at Oxleys Funeral Service in Crewe. Sadly we lost our Mum on 21.12.19 to terminal cancer and Dad on 01.02.20 to heart failure - exactly 6 weeks to the day apart! I really didn't know how I was going to cope dealing with such a massive loss to our family but the kindness and compassion that was shown to us by the lovely Sarah, Tony and the amazing drivers here at Oxleys made everything that little bit easier!

The service Sarah put together (especially for mums funeral as Dad had alot of family/friend speakers at his) was just incredible. She has a truly magical way with words and everyone that I have spoken to has said it was the best service they have ever been to, so fitting and a real celebration! She has so much time to listen to the stories you have to tell her and creates the most amazing tributes that absolutely anyone would be proud of! ...I will remember the kindness she showed us, always! ♡

Both of our drivers were an absolute delight! very friendly and made us feel at ease, especially as I was so nervous about being a bearer! they talked us through the whole process and were super supportive. My sister had a broken ankle on Dads funeral and was in a wheelchair - they were so helpful and caring, nothing was too much trouble!

And finally Tony who was our funeral director was so lovely - always there with a smile and ready to help whenever it was needed!

Thankyou so much to each and every one of you for taking such great care of the two most important people in my life... Never will I think it is okay that both of my parents were so cruelly taken from us at such a young age but we couldn't have chose a more amazing group of people to look after both them and ourselves at such a devastating time for us all.

The team at Oxleys were brilliant when my husbands mother passed. They made a difficult time that much easier with their friendly yet professional approach. We were very pleased with how smoothly everything went, and had many compliments on the lovely service they provided. I would highly recommend.

We recently used Oxleys and found them to be very efficient and professional while also showing warmth, consideration and sympathy. They did everything possible to make the funeral personal and took excellent care of all the details. We would recommend Oxleys wholeheartedly.
