Co-op Funeralcare, Salisbury

Terrible customer service and communication. They said they would contact us before and after my loved ones cremation and neither phone calls were made making myself and family feeling uncertain and distressed. When attempting to make contact with them there was no answer. Where is my Grandad right now? Has he even been cremated? We don’t know.
We had an initial consultation booked and the representative didn’t even turn up, the building was locked and my mother and I were left waiting in the rain, unable to contact them at all.
