The attention to even the smallest of detail was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The care taken of our Dad was terrific as was the emotional support. What an amazing reception I experienced today. I personally only had to pop in for a family member. The reception was amazing, support 100% and information given I would definitely recommend this funeral home

I would have given 4 stars (not 5 as nothing is ever perfect) but only have 1 complaint and that was when leaving the viewing of my nan, the young man came out the office to say goodbye and he was still eating a sandwich!! Shook my hand with the other hand and said goodbye with a mouth full of food!! Which I found a bit disrespectful!! He could of left it in the office for 2 seconds to say goodbye..

Amazing service all round. Love that it is a family firm and so can provide really excellent personal services with huge attention to detail plus genuinely caring and supportive throughout everything. I employed them for my Uncle's funeral services and they were so wonderful that I naturally contacted them to arrange pre-paid funeral services for myself and my parents. Ali was extremely helpful and compassionate in sorting these out and so I would not hesitate to use White Dove Funeral Home again, and equally highly recommend them to others. 10 out of 10.

From the very first phone call we knew we had made the right decision in choosing White Dove to coordinate my Dad’s funeral. We dealt with Ali, Vic, Angi and Kelly and all were very compassionate, helpful and friendly; nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept us fully updated throughout the whole process, calling us and touching base on a regular basis. Highly recommend them.

Truly amazing funeral company that started with my grandad's funeral and have done a couple more since.
Can not fault them, they do each funeral with compassion and sensitivity.
