The worst experience of my life was made so much worse by the numerous mistakes made
4 months later and don't even have my baby brothers ashes.
No communication ,I've had to do all the chasing up and even after the offer of compensation they continue to let us down.
I had to go to complaints numerous times .

Thanks for giving my dad a great send off. From the start everything was faultless. We went for the basic 'Essential' funeral package and there was no high pressure selling to upgrade or add anything (though they actually managed to upgrade the vehicle on the day at no cost - thanks so much). They found us an excellent humanist Celebrant which is exactly what my dad would have wanted. Everything on the day was professional and carried out with dignity and respect. Special thanks to John, our impeccably turned out funeral director, for his fantastic service on the day, kind words and follow up phone call. I hope I don't need to use you again but would do without hesitation.

Sadly this is the 3rd time I have used The Coop Funeralcare in Lower High Street Watford. As with the 2 previous times, the service provided was superb. The staff are warm, caring and respectful. I was kept updated leading up to the funeral. The actual funeral was faultless, everything perfectly timed and our Funeral director John went above and beyond to make such a sad day slightly more bearable, he is very professional but also very caring and kind. A special thank you to Jemma and Kat who showed such kindness and empathy each time I visited Dad in the Chapel of Rest and also for suggesting we had Jo for our celebrant. She did an amazing job, really getting Dads personality across and the service was beautifully written. Thank you to all of the team for providing a lovely send off for my lovely Dad.
