J & S Funeral Service

We used J&S for my father's funeral earlier this month and they were fantastic. It's a hard thing to ask for a referral but I'm so glad we found Lynette and her team. What could have been very upsetting and traumatic was a much easier experience deciding on the service etc, thanks to their compassion and respect. They looked after my dad with such dignity. They were very reasonably priced compared to local chains and always available to answer any questions. A very personal service and one I would not hesitate to recommend.

All the family would like to send a big thank you for the wonderful send off you gave Alan. We were so glad we read the reviews first, as we could not have chosen a better company. From the moment we walked in the office and met Linette, to the day of the funeral when Steve and his team arrived, everything was just superb. They could not have done any more to make the day perfect.

From the moment we first visited J &S Funeral Service to the day of the funeral we were treated with the utmost respect and sympathy. Lynette especially made a sad day as bearable as was possible. The service was a great celebration of my Mother in laws life and those that attended were impressed by the Celebrant ,Bernadette ,who made such a sad sad day special

Steven and Lynette made the arranging of saying good bye to my mum so much easier. From the first phone call they were so patient and helpful. Going over the options, costs and answering all my questions. I had no idea we’re to start with it all. Lynette checking everything was as we wanted and planning the final details. And arranging the flowers and order of service we wanted so it all was arranged in one place and one bill rather than me trying to arrange with different places. On the day the team were so caring respectful and made sure everything was as I had asked. Al who took the service on the day was organised by Lynette and was so perfect he brought my mum back to life without even meeting her. Everyone commented on how amazing he was. All of the team and Al were always at the end of a phone or email and responded quickly to any changes or questions. I am so grateful to the team I had no idea were to start and something I never wanted to do but the they made it all so simple and so easy to plan the perfect good bye. Something not easy at the best of times but even harder at the moment

Super caring company nothing is too much trouble. Always there at the end of a phone with answers to the difficult questions. Thank you Paulette and Heather Reed.

The way you delivered everything made us feel like you had been friends of the family for sometime. Your words were warm, kind and sincere; many people commented about how lovely you all were. Your attentiveness a tenderness to our very difficult situation prompted some of the guests to ask if you were friends of the family.

Many people commented about the pristine and slick look the cars had about them. They are truly unique
