Great family run business, extremely helpful & accommodating.

I have recently used Charnley Memorials to replace the headstone on our family grave at London Road Cemetery. I live over 100 miles away so the entire process was done by phone, letter and internet. I am delighted with the service l have received from Colin, Mark and Paul Charnley. It is a genuinely caring, real family business.
It was an immediate good sign when on my initial phone call Colin offered to check the grave to see if the existing memorial could be restored.
This wasn't possible but I was given excellent advice as to the choice of a maintenance free granite. I had clear ideas as to the wording, arrangement and font (modern and informal to move with the times) and Paul happily carried out my wishes. I haven't seen the actual stone yet but they've sent me an in situ photo and it looks fantastic and at a very moderate cost too. Thankyou.
