Bit of a bias review because I'm family. But I know that when dealing with these delicate emotional matters, this team are more than, capable, respectful and professional in the management of their clientele and wanted to specifically add this review after the send off of our beloved aunt today. Want to Thank Alec, Anthony, Emily and the rest of their team for today. Lots of love and to anyone in a situation where u need the service I would highly recommend.

A truly wonderful Funeral Service. Anthony came to the house and was so incredibly helpful and kind at a time when we were all so upset and shocked. Help was given every step of the way and no question was too trivial. On the actual day of the Funeral Emily arrived with the hearse - a lovely smiling face who was so eager to make us all feel much easier. It was pouring with rain which then turned to snow, but no matter, umbrellas were provided for us all as we followed the hearse whilst she became soaked. Arrived at Church and she was still smiling. Emily added the most delightful lightness to the occasion which made us all feel that it was more of a celebration of life which helped us all. Throughout Emily conducted herself with great dignity and kindness. As a family we couldn't have had more care and understanding and are so grateful to have chosen Anthony James and family. A huge thank you to them all.

I cannot recommend the team at Taunton funeral service highly enough. Not only are they exceptional at what they do, the team are also genuinely lovely human beings who understand the need for absolute dignity and respect during a bereavement. When my Mum died suddenly in August, Anthony, Emily and team were so patient, kind and thoughtful, despite the fact that I am sure I was all over the place and not making a huge amount of sense most of the time. The team at TFS took care of all the details, paying close attention to their knowledge of Mum and making sure that her service was absolutely reflective of who she was. This allowed our family to focus on what was most important in the moment. This is the team that you need by your side during one of the most difficult periods any of us will experience during our lives.
