Co-op Funeralcare, Lenton

Unfortunately we didn’t have very good experience with this company and this is two branches we had to deal with. The clocks cannot be turned back in he sad times of loosing someone special. I reccomend everyone to really do reserch first as hard as it is in times of sadness. We only want the best and respect for the ones we have sadly lost.
Couple of staff seemed nice , hence my 2 stars rather than 1

I can not begin to thank all the staff for the perfect service they organised for my beloved brother Farhad.
We had unusall demands ,last minute changes , out of ordinery requests and all was heard,arranged and done to perfection and most importantly with heartfelt kindness.
Kym helped me through all decision with patience and kindness.

Outstanding customer service from beginning to end! Couldn't have asked for more from Kym, Beth and Manny. The kindness and compassion received from them all during such a hard time was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and sorted any problems or queries extremely quick. Would highly recommend.
