After speaking with the first celebrant assigned we quickly realised that this wasn’t the person for the job,the staff at AW Lymns acted fast to find us a suitable replacement, they recommended Tracey Matthews. She was fantastic, professional, caring, up beat yet respectful and sympathetic. She did a brilliant job and you could tell she really cared. she spent time to get a good view of my mums life and asked all the right questions to help us help her capture it and send her off in a beautiful way. Would highly recommend A W Lymns they were professional aswell as very attentive to our wishes. we used the Ilkeston office on Park road and the staff were fantastic. Tracey the celebrant was also very good and delivered a lovely service for my father. a very difficult time for us but we were very well looked after.

Celebrant was a bit heartless and unhelpful when dealing with my two Nieces who were struggling to arrange my Sister's funeral. I would definately not recommend

Fantastic service for mums funeral, Tracey Matthews took the service and did us and herself proud, she took great care with her lovely words. Michelle in the office was fantastic too. Mick the funeral director also wonderful. Have used Tracey for both mum and dads funerals , highly recommend her to take care of any family well done and a big thank you from all our family.
