Co-op Funeralcare, Hoole

I am totally disgusted with Co-op Funeralcare Hoole.
I have paid my bill in full before the due date but keep receiving letters to say I owe money. The first two said I owed £120. On each occasion I've telephoned and have been assured that it was a clerical error and it won't happen again. It has happened again today and this time its for £80. Please get your act together
