Done a delivery of flowers waited 15mins out side ringing the bell every so often due to the nature of the building i had respect to not be constantly on the bell. Due to no answer i called the number which to i recived a very rude male on the other end of the line rude "YEAH" rather than a hello!! And as you may have to live there by no means do you talk to people like you did today.

Decided to have our son's funeral with them as we wanted a more personal touch than you feel that you get with the bigger players - so glad that we did. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done for us with courtesy and professionalism. The day of the funeral was particularly touching as Louis and his team added a couple of unexpected touches that left me speechless. Thanks, guys; we would not hesitate to call upon your services again.

Very caring family run business. They helped to make all of the tough decisions bearable and gave the their all with a proffesional and personal touch on the day. They exceed all expections and made everyone feel at ease. Thankyou from Valdit and family

As funerals go, you couldn’t ask for a more friendly, professional and accommodating team. Lou & Victoria gave our Dad a beautiful send off and you when you see how much it means to them when you compliment their service it means the world. Amazing team ❤️

You people should be ashamed of yourselves!
If I could give you 0 stars I would have. As a small part of the funeral industry myself I am fully aware that things can be difficult but to verbally abuse someone then hang up on them when you finally do decide to answer the phone is outrageous and disgraceful.
We have had this problem over and over again of never answering the phone or the front door, but when the phone finally was answered a man refuses to let us speak, yells that it is our fault he wasn't there to answer the phone and then hangs up on us, it is clear that you people should not be in business. What if it had been a client trying to arrange a funeral and all you have done is scream at them then hang up?
This is not an isolated case either, every time Crawley's is nothing but rude and dismissive regardless of who they're speaking to. In future I suggest you either train your staff better or hire someone who actually cares even remotely about those they're laying to rest.

Crawleys provided the best care for my mother during the time she was placed in the Chapel of rest to the funeral service and cemetery.
They did their upmost best to provide the best service despite the restrictions put on them by the Covid19 lockdown.
They are all supportive and are available to those who need them throughout and post funeral.
All are treated with dignity throughout.

Our beloved Mummy and Granny died. When I called the L.J. Crawley & Sons Funeral Directors , I was amazed at the professionalism of the people who worked there. On behalf of my family and my brother's family, I would like to thank Victoria and Gentlemen, who have helped us through this difficult moment since the first call. We have received all kinds of help and support from these people. Even after the funeral, they provided comprehensive support. Thank you very much.

Louis Crawley made a very difficult tine so much easier to deal with - my son died in London - and Louis pulled out all the stops to get him back to us and be cremated in Nottingham. He cared for my son David with great dignity and arranged his cremation in the same caring manner. Louis and his team were so kind and made everything so special and David is now at peace knowing he had such a beautiful service, and cremation.
