Paul and his team were absolutely fantastic through a very difficult time for our family, after the loss of my father Gordon Hallam.
My mother was looked after very well, with kindness and compassion.

My husband died and we used A wass for his funeral. There support was fantastic from the first visit, They did us a wonderful order of service book, with pictures of my husbands models he had made, a picture of his woodturning plus pictures of Brian from childhood put together by Sarah Waddoups. We are so very grateful for Paul, Tony and all the team at A Wass. They didn't bat an eye when we said we were having a Buddhist funeral for my Dad and it was absolutely beautiful. They did everything they could to make it perfect.

I’ve been unfortunate enough to have attended a few funerals over the last few years, all of which have been dealt with by A Wass Funeral Directors, so when my dad passed away recently I had no hesitation whatsoever in contacting them to take care of his funeral. Outstanding! Is one of many words I’d use to describe the love, care, attention we received throughout the whole arrangement of the funeral. Nothing whatsoever was any trouble. We were made to feel so welcome and comfortable throughout with constant communication and reassurance. We just knew from the outset that Dad would be cared for most excellently. The compassion and understanding were exemplary, and their experience, knowledge and guidance was exactly what we needed.

Through their thoughtfulness, care and diligence; they worked with us to create a very special day for an incredibly special little girl. Making an impossible day that little bit less difficult.
