Ordering is easy with multiple payment options. I messed up on my own order, within an hour of contacting customer services I had a helpful quick response to resolve my error and the order was rectified, grateful. Items arrived quickly and well packaged. Quality as expected. Recommend this company.

I ordered a metallic extendable cutlery tray for a large drawer. The sizing was good, but quality poor- very cheap, flimsy plastic, and it was white rather than the metallic grey colour described and pictured on the website. They requested I review the product, and then failed to post that review- so be warned, reviews on their own website cannot be trusted, as they only select the ones that make them look good.

I initially gave a bad review for experiences mostly last year and being unable to get through to anyone on the phone this year. When I emailed the customer services team Jack got back to me straight away and is in the process of sorting out a replacement for a runner that failed. Thanks for the quick turnaround Jack.

I’ve purchased some drawer systems, hinges and handles for my new kitchen. Very good quality, all works well, great prices and fast shipping. Would recommend 100%.

Ordered and paid up front for a bedroom chest of drawers. Was advised quite swiftly that, despite Christmas I should expect delivery by 3rd January. Needless to say, nothing has arrived, my order still shows as 'pending' 3 emails, 2 messages via their website and 5 phone calls have produced nothing. The telephone number is constantly engaged.
Certainly wouldn't recommend that you use this Company (if indeed they are even legitimate) nor pay up anything front.

Despite being told that I would get a call today, no call was received. I have therefore requested a full refund (£250)
Do not order anything or pay up front.
Goods do not arrive, communication is dire and customer service, non existent.

Needed a very specific part and contacted Furnica on the off chance that they might be able to help. Service was amazing, email responded to within minutes and could not have been more helpful. Cannot recommend them enough. Don't often bother doing reviews but these guys deserve the praise!

Extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with. Quick delivery of the parts that I needed and went out of their way to source a replacement part that was not available separately. Would not hesitate to recommend!
