I called to ask about a bench which was showing in stock. The owner said said she would check later because she was out delivering but actually stopped there and then and confirmed straight away by email that the bench I'd called about ( and placed an order for) was the one in stock. She then gave me a date by which she could arrange delivery, and lo and behold it's out for delivery as promised. I've been waiting for this bench for over three months from another supplier so I'm thrilled not only with the speed of delivery but with the excellent customer service I received from Tang & Co. Home. I also had a lovely chat with the owner - I will be keeping this site as a favorite.

Exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this company. Unique gifts and went out of their way in regards to a recent order for some glasses I wanted for a gift. Will definitely use again.

Ordered a product came slightly damaged to my disappointment however Sheila was amazing and i received a very good discount to repair the item as i didn't want to return it as it was the last one.

Prices good/ better than others. And the delivery company they use was excellent.

But they don’t reply to emails. And the umbrella was really hard to fit together (poor screws, hard to raise and fix umbrella)

Shame as seems to be a good company

Bought a lovely bust from this company. There was a small delay to the delivery so I contacted them and they answered promptly and informed me it near Christmas so they had been very busy and they sent it for the next day delivery. It arrived the following day as they had informed me and it was so overall it was an excellent service It was a gift and the person I bought it for loved it so I would highly recommend them

Amazing store with fantastic items and the customer service to match. I couldn’t be happier with the mirror I ordered, swiftly and carefully delivered by a very courteous gentleman. Email communication was also amazing. I NEVER write reviews so that shows just how much I rate the product and service I received. I’ll be regularly checking the website and shop for new items.
