We used this company years ago and were so pleased with the service that we recommend them to several people. We contacted the father almost 4 weeks ago to get an estimate for a cupboard design. He was on holiday and passed the enquiry to his son who contacted us the following Monday. The son promised to come the following Thursday but didn't turn up, ringing the following morning to re-arranging his visit for that day. He waxed lyrical about how his father had instilled the need to treat customers with respect and promised that his father would contact us with an estimate the following Monday. When he didn't, we gave him the benefit of the doubt because he could have been ill. Three weeks later we are still waiting for a call. Shame because we know people who need bedrooms fitting out but we won't recommend people treat customers with disrespect.
