Thumbs up for Aztec Umbrellas. A fabulous product. When the heavy weather got the better of it, Aztec Umbrellas came along and fixed the problem really quickly. We were really impressed with the 6x4m umbrella which is situate on the seafront so has its work cut out for it. The umbrella is in operation most days and provides shade from both sun and rain plus increases business visibility.

As a shade solutions company we rely heavily on competitive pricing along with a well built product. We have used Aztec Umbrellas for several of our projects now and they have delivered every time. I would go as far to say, their umbrella system is one of, if not ‘the’, best on the market.

We have found them really good to deal with and our umbrellas are great. We highly recommend this company.

An absolutely appalling company to deal with, umbrellas delivered with the incorrect coloured fabric and 12 months on we are still waiting for this to be sorted out. Quick to take your money! I have lost count of the number of times I have had to call or email to get this sorted out and attempt to get the order completed, certainly over 100 times now! They never call you back or update you. I have now passed this to the solicitors to start proceedings against this company as it is now beyond a joke. Avoid this company at all costs, there are much better companies to deal with out there!!

Good umbrella, the installation team were great.
How ever, the umbrella was miss measured, and the service and after sales service is absolutely appalling. no responses to emails and no one ever answers the phone, or calls you back.

I definitely will not be using them again.

AVOID, AVOID AVOID, took our deposit really helpful promised that we would have our umbrella within 6 weeks ready for opening then blamed the pandemic for no umbrella, threatened legal action and then got a loan umbrella that hardly covered anything. tried calling and emailing at least 5x a week and no call backs or even answering my calls. Sent a message to them advising that we had instructed our solicitor and then we had our umbrella installed. They then call and advise that they would take off £175 for the poor service, explained that we had spent over £1250 on a marquee due to their lies etc... they then threatened us with debt collectors, have now referred this to our solicitor. Awful customer service and no communication.

These umbrellas are really great. Whilst there was a bit of delay which is not surprising during a pandemic I guess, they were polite along the way, kept us updated and did a first class installation. We would certainly buy another in the future.

Shocking customer service, avoid like the plague. Over promise and then try to make claims it is your fault they do not wokr properly when they should have actually donetheir job right in the first place. Adam the salesman was all over me until he got my money then would not even return my calls. Having to take them to court now to get my money back
